At HugMumma, we are committed to providing valuable digital products and expert-led consultations for Indian mothers and families. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase or booking.
1. Digital Products (eBooks, Guides, Templates, PDFs)
All digital items sold on HugMumma are downloadable and delivered instantly after purchase.
- Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once a purchase is completed and the product has been accessed or downloaded.
Facing an issue?
If you’re unable to download your file or face a technical issue (broken link, file error, etc.), email us at contact@hugmumma.com within 3 days of your purchase. Include your order ID and a short description of the issue — we’ll resolve it ASAP.
2. Expert Consultations & Booking Tokens
To reserve your slot with any HugMumma expert (e.g., pediatricians, lactation consultants, nutritionists, etc.), we require a small upfront token amount at the time of booking.
- This token fee is non-refundable — even if the customer does not attend, misses, or cancels the consultation.
- The token confirms your slot and compensates the expert for blocking their time.
Please double-check your availability and internet access before confirming a consultation.
3. Payment Failures or Technical Errors
If a payment fails but the amount is deducted from your bank or wallet, or if a consultation booking doesn’t reflect on your dashboard, please contact us within 24 hours. We’ll investigate and assist.
